On Thursday, November 26th (Thanksgiving day), a donation-based yoga class will be held to benefit the House of Hope Farm Project. The class will be held at Mighty Yoga, Ithaca's new Power Yoga studio, from 9-10:30am. This project was created by 19-year old Ithaca resident Zoe Wakoff to raise awareness and funds for the children who are suffering in Uganda. Many of these children are starving and in desperate need of help, and Zoe's goal is to raise money for a farm that will benefit these children. This is a hot yoga class - an opportunity for a detox flow on Thanksgiving morning before you feast! For more information about the House of Hope Farm Project, click here. |
